HISTORY
About ten years ago, three engineers put their wise heads together - and suddenly m:CUB was born, a technology consulting company in automotive. The ambition was partly that m:CUB would be a developing force for the technology industry to count on, but perhaps most important of all: m:CUB would be an employer that seriously cares about its employees. Today, m:CUB is a workplace with over fifty people. In accordance with what we thought, our employees and their well-being are the most important thing in our business. Some consequences of this are that we are a flat organization with short decision paths and that we have real fun together. We always work with a number of customers, which means that our consultants sit in different places during the day. That is why we are extra keen to have fun together alongside work. We are constantly inventing new exciting activities together.
